Teaching Migration
At the Law Faculty of the Charles University in Prague, students studying in Czech can choose the “Migration and refugee law” module as a specialization of their master in law (M.A.) programme.
The module is made up of four parts:
Theoretical classroom-based learning
The theoretical background is taught in classrooms by the usage of a wide range of learning methods.
Thanks to our partners, students have an excellent opportunity to attend internships in NGOs, law firms, state organs, and international bodies.
Development of skills: simulation of real life events
Students may participate in moot court competitions and other simulations.
We encourage our students to engage in research projects. We also offer them consultations to promote their own research.
